ℹ️ The Luton Citizens’ Fund is an area‑based participatory budgeting programme that invites residents to directly decide which local projects receive funding. The programme is funded by the Council’s Social Justice Unit, Luton Rising, and BeActive Beds, and is delivered in partnership with Bedfordshire and Luton Community Foundation (BLCF).

Decision Days – 🗓️ Saturday 21 February 🕙 10am to 12pm

The Luton Citizens’ Fund 2025–26 Decision Days will take place on Saturday 21 February, running simultaneously across the five areas of the town.

The Decision Days support the Luton 2040 vision of a healthy, fair, and sustainable town by placing residents at the centre of local decision‑making. Attendees will hear directly from community organisations about how funding could benefit their local area and how proposed projects aim to support local communities.

  • Fairness and social justice
  • Community safety and cohesion
