Music serves as both a narrative device and emotional anchor\, reflecting teenage angst\, sibling rivalry\, and the struggle for self-expression. The story emphasizes pride\, guilt\, and survival\, portraying the siblings’ journey with humor\, energy\, and authenticity. It also critiques societal neglect and media stereotyping of those on benefits\, making it a politically and socially resonant piece. \nThe play has been widely praised for its emotional depth\, humor\, and social relevance.
