DESCRIPTION:A Walk in the Park is a programme of easily accessible walks for all ages running monthly in Luton (every first Wednesday of the month). \nA Walk in the Park provides an opportunity to: \n\nBoost your health and well-being whilst taking a short walk around a natural space and practice some mindfulness in nature.\nExplore green spaces in Luton.\nMeet like-minded people and make new friends.\n\nLearn about the natural world and opportunity to share your own knowledge or experiences. \nThe aim of the programme is to encourage exploration of scenic parks and green spaces right on your doorstep\, at the heart of Luton. \nThe walks will be led by staff of Wildlife Trust Bedfordshire and volunteers. \nAll ages welcome! \nWe will meet just outside the main entrance to Stockwood Discovery Centre and explore the surrounding gardens and green spaces together. \nAll ages welcome! \nPlease dress for the outdoors\, including suitable footwear for soft paths. \nAccessibility for this walk can be limited due to uneven and narrow paths through fields and woodland.
