Step Forward Luton App Download Competition

• The competition is organised by Step Forward Luton and is open to all individuals, regardless of country of residence, except employees and immediate family members of Step Forward Luton and Luton Point Shopping Centre. Business owners listed on the Step Forward Luton app are also excluded from participation.

• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• The competition commences on 27 August 2024 and continues until the 500th download is achieved, hereinafter referred to as “the competition period.”

• To enter the competition, participants must download the Step Forward Luton app in full and register for an account.

• Only users who registered using Facebook, Google, and Email will count. Registrations using Apple ID will not be considered valid entries as personal details cannot be accessed for contact purposes.

• One entry per person is allowed.

• The prizes for the competition are as follows:
– £25 gift card for the 100th download
– £25 gift card for the 250th download
– £100 gift card for the 500th download

• All gift cards are provided by and must be collected from Luton Point Shopping Centre. They can be used at eligible shops within Luton Point.

• Winners will be determined based on the order of app downloads and account registrations. If the 100th, 250th, or 500th downloader has registered using Apple ID, the next eligible winner above the lucky number will be selected.

• The Step Forward Luton team app provider will select the winning entries, and Step Forward Luton will verify them.

• Winners will be notified within 28 days of the 500th download being achieved. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Step Forward Luton reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Prizes must be collected from Luton Point Shopping Centre. Winners can choose gift cards for any eligible store within Luton Point.

• The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.

• Step Forward Luton reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any misconduct that may compromise the integrity of the competition.

• Step Forward Luton reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, for any reason outside its control.

• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to grant Step Forward Luton and Luton Point Shopping Centre the right to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the competition or future events.

• Step Forward Luton and Luton Point Shopping Centre assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prizes.

• Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
