The competition is organised by Step Forward Luton and is open to all individuals aged 18 and above, regardless of country of residence, except employees and immediate family members of Step Forward Luton.
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition commences on 22 November 2023 and closes at 11:59 pm on 31 December 2023, hereinafter referred to as “the competition period.” Entries received after the competition period will not be considered.
To enter the competition, participants must take a photo of a festive moment in Luton, share it on social media tagging Step Forward Luton. You must use the hashtag #ChristmasInLuton to make your entry count.
Social media channels accepted for entries are Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok.
Multiple entries per person will be accepted.
The 1st prize for the competition is a £100 Shopping Gift Card. There will be 2 runners up, which will both receive a £25 Cineworld Gift Card.
The winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the competition period and selected by The Step Forward Luton Ambassadors. The draw will take place within 30 days after the competition closes.
The winners will be notified by direct message within 30 days after the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Step Forward Luton reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
Step Forward Luton reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any misconduct that may compromise the integrity of the competition.
Step Forward Luton reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, for any reason outside its control.
By participating in the competition, entrants agree to grant Step Forward Luton the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes related to the competition or future events.
Step Forward Luton assumes no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
