Join us for an evening with Sarah Edwards and Claire Foskett, as they talk about writing, motherhood and their books; Success on Probation and Dear Boobs. The talk includes a Q&A session at the end.
Success on Probation is a guide through every step of motherhood, to empower mothers, guide them and draw that confidence out. Written by Sarah Edwards – an experienced Probation Officer, Mum of 2 and an expert tutor in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology for A levels, undergrad and postgraduate – Success on Probation is a fantastic book and promotes Sarah’s vision is to empower mums and students across the world.
Claire Foskett, full-time writer, part-time poet and almost-no-free-time-at-all mum of two, bares all (sometimes all too literally!) in this short book of lovingly illustrated poems about breastfeeding. From the first latch to the final feed, Dear Boobs accompanies new and expectant mums through each and every stage of the breastfeeding journey, with plenty to laugh (or cry) about on the way. It contains more than 20 poems, including one from the man’s perspective. It is the perfect pocket-sized gift book for the frazzled new mum.
