Don’t Be S.A.D is an initiative to help people counter Seasonal Affective Disorder and other associated conditions that make us all glum in the winter.
It’s a protest against feeling sad in general and the event aims to bring community services and mental health support to those that need it the most, and showcase events, workshops and classes that occur during the winter months that people can look forward to!
Come along, sign up to some activities and enjoy the live music with us all day on Saturday 2nd November at Harvey’s- 80 Park Street in Luton from 1-8pm!
