We’re proud to introduce Embrace, a new women’s wellness support group in Luton — a space created by women, for women, to connect, share, and grow together
This group goes beyond menopause. We explore the full spectrum of women’s health issues — from endometriosis to perimenopause and menopause, mental health, and everything in between.
