Do you find yourself stressed, uptight and unable to sleep due to a busy mind? Would you like to be more flexible and find a low impact effective form of exercise? Is it time to take a moment out of your week just for you, to step back from everyday stresses and enjoying being in the present? If you have answered yes to any of the above, then my tai chi mindful movement class is for you.
Come along on a Tuesday at 2pm and give it a go.
Suggested donation £5 per session.
