When we think of homelessness, we often picture someone sleeping rough. But across Luton, homelessness takes many forms: sofa surfing with no fixed address, families in temporary accommodation, people fleeing unsafe homes.
This March, three local charities are coming together to give you a glimpse of what it means to sleep somewhere unfamiliar; somewhere that isn’t home. Noah Enterprise, IMPAKT Housing & Support, and Stepping Stones are uniting for one night at Luton Point. Between us, we support people across every part of the homelessness journey: from street outreach, to emergency and supported housing, to helping those escaping domestic abuse rebuild their lives.
This isn’t a simulation of rough sleeping. It’s a chance to step outside your usual surroundings and experience just a small part of what so many people face every day. Join us in the car park or inside for families and groups.
