Experience the magic of Christmas this year at The Mall’s FREE Giving Grotto and Elves’ Toy Workshop! 
Children will be able to guarantee their space on the ‘Nice List’ by having a one-on-one talk with Santa himself where they can share all their hopes and dreams!
After a visit to Santa, they will be able to venture into the Elves’ Toy Workshop where they can help sort through the thousands of Christmas present request from across the world as well as view the special Christmas Eve Delivery Route Map!
Finally, after helping Santa fill his sleigh with presents, they will have the chance to make their own wooden snowman-themed toy.

To ensure that all children can experience the magic of Christmas the Grotto will be running quiet sessions:

Walk in slots will be available on a first come first serve basis, but booking is advised!
We are hosting our experience free of charge to support local families during the cost-of-living crisis as we believe every child should have the opportunity to experience the magic of Christmas!
If families feel like they can, and would like to, there will be a tap to donate device at the Grotto with all proceeds going to Luton Foodbank and Level Trust, as well as a giant giving box for present donations as part of our Luton Smiles campaign.
