Press accreditation

Press passes

Luton Rising presents Party in the Park and Proms in the Park has a limited number of press passes.

Those considered for press accreditation to the events are:
  • National & local newspapers
  • National/international wire services
  • News agencies
  • Established music publications/websites

Applications from uncomissioned freelancers or photographers will be considered, but only granted in special circumstances and if there is any availability after applications from agency and newspapers have been finalised.

We are not able to provide press tickets to social media influencers. This application is not for people simply wishing to photograph the event.

Applications are open until 15 August 2026 at which point applications will be closed.

• Please respect the privacy of festival goers. Outside of crowd shots, please ask permission if shooting close-ups.
• A Photographers pass will give access to the pit, normally for the first 2-3 songs, after which you must leave the area or before if asked to do so. Be respectful of the audience.
• Access to the back of the stage itself and ramps is only available to the resident photographers and videographers, and not for those with a photographer or press pass. Please be aware that if you break this rule, you may be asked to leave.
• If you have backstage access, you should not approach artists for interviews or photographs.
• Your pass should be worn at all times and made available to security when asked. The pass is not transferable and must not be used by anyone other than yourself. If you break this rule, you will be asked to leave.
