Step Forward Luton App and Papa J’s Competition
Terms and conditions
• The competition is organised by Step Forward Luton and is open to all individuals, regardless of country of residence, except employees and immediate family members of Step Forward Luton and Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant. Business owners listed on the Step Forward Luton app are also excluded from participation.
• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The competition commences on 16 October 2024 and continues until 16 December 2024, hereinafter referred to as “the competition period.”
• To enter the competition, participants must download the Step Forward Luton app in full and register for an account during the competition period.
• Only users who registered using Facebook, Google, and Email will count. Registrations using Apple ID will not be considered valid entries as personal details cannot be accessed for contact purposes.
• One entry per person is allowed.
• The prize for the competition winner is a Meal for 2 at Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant in Luton, with a maximum value of £75. This prize is generously provided courtesy of Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant.
• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the competition period.
• The winner will be notified within 28 days of the competition end date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Step Forward Luton reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The prize must be redeemed at Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant in Luton. The prize covers a maximum spend of £75. For any spend above £75, the winner will need to pay the difference towards the meal.
• The prizes are non-transferable, and no cash or alternative prizes will be offered.
• Step Forward Luton reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, provides false information, or engages in any misconduct that may compromise the integrity of the competition.
• Step Forward Luton reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the competition or these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, for any reason outside its control.
• By participating in the competition, entrants agree to grant Step Forward Luton and Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant the right to use their name and photo for promotional purposes related to the competition or future events.
• Step Forward Luton and Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant assume no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, arising from participation in the competition or acceptance or use of the prize.
• Any personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. The prize winner’s details will be shared with Papa Js Indian Tapas restaurant for the purpose of prize fulfilment.

• By accepting the prize in the competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
