One of Luton’s most colourful celebrations is just around the corner and it’s shaping up to be a brilliant day.

Saturday 14 June is the date for your diaries because ‘Pride in Luton’ officially returns to the Hat District from 1pm – 8pm. Now in its fourth year, Luton’s bright, family fun festival continues to go from strength to strength.

With internationally celebrated performers, educational talks, Teenage Raves, and a family zone packed with drumming workshops and arts and crafts, there’s something for everyone to dive into this year.

This colourful and inclusive festival combines celebration with purpose. Born from the fight for equality, Pride in Luton organisers are calling on everyone to show up and provide solidarity alongside the LGBTIQ+ community.

What’s got us buzzing is how accessible this year’s event is becoming. Love Luton has funded a brand new sensory zone for those with additional needs. The brilliant BSL team returns to support the deaf community, there’s accessible and movable seating dotted about, and everything is designed so wheelchair users can join in too.

So, mark those calendars and bring the family.

See you there, Luton!
