St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and Luton is ready to paint the town green! Whether you’re looking for traditional Irish music, authentic pints of Guinness, or just a lively atmosphere to celebrate with friends, we’ve rounded up the best pubs in Luton where you can embrace the ‘craic’.

The Phoenix

The Phoenix is hosting an epic three-day St. Patrick’s celebration this year! Saturday brings the Ireland v Italy rugby match at 2.15pm, followed by Irish dancers, and live music from Meghan. Sunday continues with The Crosskeys performing live.

On Monday (St. Patrick’s Day), enjoy Shane & Mervyn Owens from noon, followed by Siobhan Cullen and The Walshe Academy dancers at 6.30pm. They’re even offering free bacon and cabbage while supplies last! Regulars rave about their St. Patrick’s Day atmosphere, with one saying the “craic was fierce” and others consistently praising their “perfectly poured Guinness.”

The Gardeners Call

The Gardeners Call is going all out this year with a brilliant four-day St. Patrick’s celebration! Rugby fans will love Saturday, with all the Six Nations action on the big screens (Ireland v Italy at 2.15pm), plus you can catch some impressive Irish Dancers at 4.30pm before Missing The Ferry take the stage at 10pm.

Need a breather? Sunday’s got you covered with a laid-back vibe, doors open from noon and the jukebox is free all day. Then comes the main event on Monday – they’re opening early at 10am, with a DJ keeping the energy up from noon, Irish dancers showing off their skills from 5pm, and a not-to-be-missed Dolly Parton Tribute at 9pm featuring Cherie from ITV’s Starstruck. With special drink deals running all weekend, it’s no wonder this has become one of Luton’s favourite spots to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!
